FabricSight ships to European and North American markets. For information about shipping for other destinations, please get in touch at hello@fabricsight.com.



We ship products from Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h, except on public holidays. Please make sure the delivery address is located in Europe or North America. 

Delivery can only be completed if someone is at the delivery address - unfortunately, we do not provide scheduled deliveries. Deliveries are completed once there is a signature on the delivery receipt.

Your order will be shipped on the working day after we receive payment confirmation. This can take between 6-8 working days. 

FabricSight is not responsible for any failure or delay in delivery. Though we count on trusted third parties for the delivery and try to deliver on time, it can't be guaranteed by us. 

Inspect Your Delivery

You must inspect the package in order to check for possible damages. Please do not accept the delivery if you consider the products to be damaged - they will be returned. FabricSight will refund the payment for the order and transportation as soon as the return is completed.



Shipping costs are calculated according to each order, depending on the country of delivery. 

Customs duties and import taxes might be added upon entrance into the country of destination. Please contact local authorities to make sure what your delivery fees will be, as the values differ from country to country.



Canceling order before shipping

If the order has not yet been sent, you might be able to request a cancelation for products in stock (if the supplier hasn’t cut the fabric yet) by contacting FabricSight at hello@fabricsight.com. For products produced on demand, the order cannot be canceled if the fabric is already in the production stage. If the cancelation is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirming it. If the cancelation request is deferred, products will be invoiced and shipped to you. 


Please make sure to always check the items upon order reception.

If you wish to return your products after the reception - in case you are not satisfied or in case they are defective -, you must request a return via e-mail to hello@fabricsight.com within 14 days after the reception, explaining the reason why and specifying if you would like a replacement or a refund. This applies to products in stock only.

For custom fabric production, once the quality is approved by the client, the order cannot be returned. See below the classification for custom fabric production:

- fabrics not in stock produced exclusively under customer's order

- orders produced under a customer's custom and/or exclusive specifications (color(s), for example)

Exceptions may apply under the conditions below:

- the quality is not as the one approved (defects on fabric, colour fastness issues)

- the color is different than the one approved

Product collection will be processed by FabricSight. The right to return products only occurs if the products:

- have not been handled, maintaining their original features 

- the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packages are not considered damaged) 

- have not been adulterated 

- maintain the identification label

Should all the requirements be fulfilled, FabricSight will replace the products or refund the paid amount - whichever was requested by our client. If we have a product with the same features, you will be offered a replacement with quality and characteristics equal to or greater than the originally ordered. The invoice price will be the one from the replacement and not the one from the originally ordered.

Refunds are always be processed using the same method of payment from the initial purchase.


  • Products with MOQ 50 mts/color or 300 mts/color are not available in stock and will be produced after official order confirmation (purchase order).

  • Client can request a swatch and/or buy a sample (up to 10 meters) directly from FabricSight.com.

  • After the first sampling order, FabricSight reserves the right not to accept a new order from same buyer on the same item.

  • Colors can be customized, with certain limitation related to each product’s characteristic.

  • Production orders below MOQ won’t be accepted.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after FabricSight formal confirmation.
